Print Invoice





When you are ready to print the invoice or a single page of the invoice click "Print".

Print the Invoice

The printer selection screen will be displayed. If you need to select the printer, click on setup. When printing the entire Invoice no other settings should by changed. The correct pages will automatically be selected on the "Printer Selection screen".




 

Click "OK" on the printer selection screen.

The following screen will appear with information about the number of copies required to be loaded into your printer paper tray. As shown on the screen, The G702 should be on top of the stack with the appropriate number of G703's following. Normally the stack will be placed in the printer tray with the printed side up and the top of the pages to the left. However, this may vary from printer to printer so some experimentation may be necessary.






After you load your printer tray, click "Ready" to begin printing.

If you click "Exit" the screen will clear and no action will be taken.

 




After the Invoice is printed you will have the opportunity to print another copy. If you want another copy of the invoice click "Yes", If not, click "No".


Print a Single Page

After clicking on "Print", If you want to print a single page of the invoice, Change both the "From" and "To" page numbers on the printer selection screen to the desired single page number.







After the single page is selected, click "OK" on the printer selection screen and the following message will appear verifying the single page to be printed.






If the selection is satisfactory, click "Ready" to print the single page. Click "Exit" to clear the screen with no action.





After the single page is printed you will have the opportunity to print another copy. If you want another copy of the page click "Yes", If not, click "No".
